No proposal before we understand the problem

Every engagement opens with a two-week diagnostic phase — interviews, workflow mapping, a look at how decisions actually get made. No commitment on either side. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so directly, and usually point you toward someone who is.

"They didn't just tell us what was wrong. They stayed until the new structure actually worked, and until our own team could run it without them." — Operations Director, industrial manufacturing client
Implementation, not just diagnosis

Present through the rollout

Most consulting engagements produce a report and disappear. We stay through implementation — adjusting the plan as real constraints surface, which they always do. This is usually the part that separates a plan that sits in a drawer from one that changes how the company actually runs.

Small teams, direct access

You work with the people who did the diagnostic

We keep engagement teams small — typically two to three people — and the same people who ran the diagnostic stay through delivery. No handoff to a junior team halfway through, and no surprises about who's actually doing the work.

Next step

Curious whether this fits your situation?

The diagnostic conversation is free and comes with no obligation. Most clients say it was useful even when they decided not to move forward.
